Pine Bush Ecumenical Food Pantry
About the Food Pantry
Established in 1998, we are a non-profit ministry, operated through the combined volunteer efforts of Pine Bush area churches to help people in crisis by providing basic, healthy food staples.
The Food Pantry is funded through grants from HPNAP (Hunger Prevention Nutrition Assistance Program-NYS) and donations from individuals and local civic, church and school organizations.
Who do we help?
The Food Pantry helps residents of the Pine Bush Central School District with a need brought on through loss of work, disability, illness or low income.
In 2019, volunteers helped feed 701 households, with an average of 187 individuals fed each month.
